Has anyone experienced this sort of thing? I was trying to purchase some software (Handy Day and World Mate) from Handango but it wont allow me. It always displays some error. I checked their FAQ and it told me to set my cookies which i did but still it shows error message. I already tried using my laptop and my P800 to try the purchase but i still get the same message. I find this unusual since i use to purchase alot from them when i still had my Ipaq. I was wondering if it has anything to do with my credit card? But then again i just purchased Bug Me this morning and it worked fine. Besides i just bought some ebooks from mobipocket yday and didnt have any problem. Pls help since i really want to get Handy Day. Tnx

Tnx jeanne for the links you provided. Digital river showed the same exact eror message like handango, but i was able to get Handy day from element 5. They emailed me that my payment has been accepted and that the product will be delivered within 48 hrs. I wonder why it will take them so long. I remember that with handango i usually was able to download my software immediately. Anyway i believe i am not the only one who has this sort of problem. I seem to see some posts in this forum about individuals also suffering the same error problem. I hope Handango rectifies this soon. Tnx again 😊
