I bought this nokia n95 in feb, on pay as you go for 280.

The screen keeps flickering, and I swear i charge it every night. Next morning, the phone shuts itself of during the day, and i have to re-charge it.

The screen keeps flickering, i can't even check the time or have many batteries on phone. I don't even know when to charge it.

The internet is slow, and when i try to type it takes forever for the words to load. And sometimes when i try to type it doubles the word.

Some of the applications doesn't open anymore. Which is annoying!!

I restarted the phone, and updated the latest software on phone and still no luck.

Its 6 month warrianty, and i only had this phone for 4 months..

is there a way to get money back or even get a new phone from the orange shop? I asked the lady on orange shop, where i bought my phone and they said to update it which i have!! Or they could take my phone back to nokia to get it fix for 2 weeks! Damn 2 weeks so long/

Sounds, indeed, like a broken phone (especially if updating the firmware didn't help).

Which firmware version do you have on the phone ( V 31.0.017 is the latest )?

If you don't want to take it for repairs, you can still try this:

- save your data to a PC (don't use the backup feature, as I'm going to suggest you don't restore)
- reformat the memory card
- reformat the phone with *#7370#
- get your data back (but do not restore an actual backup)
- reinstall the applications you wish to keep using

If that is not enough to make it more stable, then you should get it repaired.

Note that if you're in the EU, the manufacturer warranty is 2 years.
