Need help with Nokia n96. Been using the phone now for about 6 months and I've experienced only minor problems with the phone processing speed. I started to download OTA themes for my phone and thats when all the problems started. I'm starting to experience massive glitches with the phone.At times, the keys won't function properly and sometimes not at all. I'd press 1 and get the number 8 on the screen. or i'd press enter and something totally different would load up.I've tried the soft reset using 3 fingers and the hard reset but still the problems persist.I've formatted the mass memory and everything but still having problems. I really need help especially since this is my first smartphone and and don't want to see 500 bucks go down the drain without at least attempting to get help from one of you fine folks.Any help would be greatly appreciated.thanks in advance!
