Rafe's been sending back some pictures and thoughts from the UK launch of the Nokia N97 and N86 in the Nokia store on Regent's Street through both Twitter (@aas) and Flickr (RafeB). No huge queues at the store, but plenty demo units, augmented reality units and he's wondering if the N86 is getting lost in all the lust for the N97.
Read on in the full article.
Anything !
N97 is only a telephone !!!
The consumer society makes rather dumb people finally !
Is the last comment supposed to be a haiku?
Or perhaps an anagram???
EH?
😉
LOL the Apple Store is reflected on the window. Maybe that's why the 3 people riot to buy a Nokia LOL
The photos aren't from America, in the UK people don't go crazy over the iphone as they can recognize pre-historic specs when they see them.
The photos I’ve seen of the N97’s virtual phone (dialling) pad, only show numbers, and not alphanumeric keys e.g. 2 ABC.
Is this true? If so, it would be difficult when you make phone calls to automated systems and they request you press the number that corresponds to the forth character of your password.
LG made this mistake on some of their touch phones.
Thanks
Steve

I've only ever needed to use this once, but luckily I went to school and I know how to count.
