Sync. MS Outlook - contacts with folders does not work

I tried out the synchronizing MS Outlook with P800. Worked fine as long as you don't use folders. For example, after organizing all the contacts in MS Outlook into folders, I tried to synchronise. Though these folders with the same name exists in P800, it always transfers to the 'Unfiled' folder, overwritting previous contents.

Any help ?

Today I was at the Sony-Ericsson service centre, they said if we use the new PC Suite downloaded from web, it will work.
I have downloaded and installed the new Sync. s/w. The result is the same - not able to transfer PC folder to P800 folder.
