Cant watch covnerted videos in Real Player

Hi everyone,

I have a couple of videos in avi format (xvid) and I want to watch them in the real player of my N95 (not the 8gb version) . So I converted the video to mp4 format and transfered it to the phone. When I go to the real player to open the file, it doesnt show up. Real player wont even see the file in the memory. But if I try another player (such as smartplayer or coreplayer) it plays the file with no problem.

I've used several video converters (nokia video converter, videodora n95 converter, AutoGK, etc) and I havent been able to watch the videos in the real player so far.

One thing I noticed is that when I converted two 1-minute movies from avi format (xvid) to mp4 and transfered t to the phone, i was able to watch them in the real player (I used same converters with same configuration), but full lenght movies (1hr 30 mins - 2 hrs) wont been even seen by the real player.

Any help?

Thanks!

use 'total video converter'
when you select your file to convert a menu will appear asking you to select to what device you want to convert to.
select sony ericcson cell phone (even though you have as nokia), then the top option which says something like 320x244.
this will convert to 3gp which will play in your realplayer.
