N70 white screen flashing

Dear Guys,
After switching off and back on the phone it fails to boot. It flashes white and writes that "the phone failed to start up, contact your retailer". After half an hour of trying it swithing on and also plugging in the charger cable it always starts up. But the problem is that it takes at least half an hour of continuous switching on and off.
I have taken it to the official service, they upgraded to the latest sw version and told me that they can not do more for me. Otherwise, when I do not switch it off and on, it works fine. Is it a problem of memory/cache? I am asking it because after having taken back from the service where they made a hard reset on it, it allowed me to switch off and on and change battery without any problem: it booted immediately. But after a couple of weeks it started to failing to boot.
My sw is v 5.0737.3.0.1 13-09-07 RM-84

Can you help me what to do?
Than you in advance

The mainboard had to be changed. The old one could not be repaired, the new was actually taken from another used device.😊
