How to uninstall programs from the E71??

Hello

I installed a couple of programs on my E71 as trialware and then I decided not to purchase them. How do I uninstall them?

Also, are there any uninstall programs available for the E71?

press delete key when over app icon or

use application manager (in data mgr in settings in the icon menu)
