I got my hands on a micro-SD card, formatted it and inserted it in my N97.
What surprised me is that automatically the N97 created a directory structure:
[INDENT]Games
Images[INDENT]Picture msgs
Presence logos
Wallpapers[/INDENT]Installed files
Other
[INDENT]Contacts[/INDENT]Sound files
[INDENT]Ringing tones
Sound clips[/INDENT]Video clips[/INDENT]
I had been wondering how "rigid" the requirements for directory conventions are since using the File Manager to browse so many directories. By "rigid", I mean what happens if you rename, delete or move a directory?
