First off, what a great phone the N86 is, really happy with it. just getting to the stage where I can start enjoying it after getting all the settings to my liking.
To all other N86 owners out there, did yours come with a tv cable in the box? I was half expecting one to be in there, but no. not such a big worry tho. I'll just buy one from nokia store.
Also, how long do you reckon it'll be before Nokia update their website to allow us to download maps (i.e. Europe map) for our particular phone. I'm tempted to try another download for maps on there that is for a similar spec phone, but thinking that I may end up causing more trouble than the short wait until Nokia make it available.

I didn't get a TV out cable with my phone either, but I have my old N95 cable that I can use. A fair tradoff for USB charging and PC connection all in one 😊

You mean you can't download to the inbuilt memory?
I downloaded to an N85 with Maps 3 loaded and copied the "cities" directory to the inbuilt N86 memory and it works perfectly 😊
I reckon it would work with ANY phone, so long as it's Maps v3 loaded......
Yeah i didnt get the tv out,as for the maps you need ovi map loader 3.0 to load any map.

On a side note, is anyone able to post a link up or send me the two "animation files" that came with the phone under the themes menu in the power saver menu? I've managed to delete them via my pc permanently. one was the 12 hour clock and the other was the 24 hour clock.

I am from india and here too tv out cable is not bundled with N86. Though I have 2-3 lying around from N82 , N85 etc..
And N86 is a great device . And someone pls post the euro 1 product code for N86.
