help please

for some reason i cannot upload / send pictures to my nokia 3530. GRPS is enabled. a friend of mine tried to send MMS to my other friend at the same time i uploaded/sent MMS to my phone, worked, but whenever i send pictures to my phone, it doesn't work. i tried changing sim cards(post paid and prepaid) a lot of times but it still does not work. anybody have any idea why this is happening? please help. thank you.

first..

- Did you recieve any kind of MMS message? (only text for example?)

- Can you send MMS to other phones and they recieve it fine?

Check your MMS Centre Access Point Configuration... check options about recieve only on home network, session Permanent (not temporal), etc...
