ive just got a n95 8gb and am having problems.
I want to make some sub folders to use in my music folder for example 1960s, 1970s, 1980s etc so i can play all the songs in that folder only without having to scroll through 100s of other songs just to get to these ones.
is there a way to do this?
i tried making one folder through pc suite and put some songs in it but when i opened the music folder on the phone there was no seperate folder and the songs were all together in the main application as before.

The music player doesn't recognise folders, but you can achieve what you want by creating playlists.

i managed to get around this by putting all my songs into nokia music then using and creating different genres the same as i would with folders.
