Stuck on white screen

My N97 was working fine yesterday, turned it off last night. When I tried turning it on this morning all I�m getting is a white screen with the Nokia Logo and it seems to be stuck there. I haven�t changed the product number or updated the firmware! Please help

I had the same issue with my n97. I only ever used it for a few hours, turned it off at night, and in the morning blue NOKIA of death.

I've tried so many things but none work so I'm returning mine. It's prolly safe to say yours is bricked as well. Sorry.

Mine's just done the same. Took the battery out after a freeze, put it back in and the white Nokia screen of death. Any ideas folks? Has been working fine the past 2 weeks.

OK. Figured it out. Got to take SD card out then boot up for some reason. Anyway back to normal, panic over. Read somewhere it's got to do with the Facebook widget so deleted that straight away.
