I phoned up just after lunch to confirm that they had received the P800s and spoke to Justin. He doesnt know his a*se from his elbow as he told me the P800s were in their warehouse and just waiting to be booked in. Should be shipped at 5pm tonight!
Bollox! - I just phoned again and spoken to one of the girls (not Emma) and she said they hadn't actually arrived and were with customs in Amsterdam!!!! She said they were hoping the P800s would be in tomorrow but she wouldnt commit!
This is getting very very annoying now and I'm writing to SE HQ. I suggest all those who have an order with the Eshop to do the same. Justin needs a good talking to, or firing!

Why do you believe the other girl and not Justin? Could they be talking about different shipments? You ought to be SURE of your facts before you start condemming people and I don't think you should be calling for people to be sacked in any case.

this is the second time Justin has lied to me. He said on the 27th that the shipment of P800s were in the lorry and on their way to the SE Eshop warehouse.
This obvisouly wasnt the case.
I am going to ring up again and speak to the manager to get confirmation.
Ok, I tried phoning again at 5:40 and got Justin again, was hoping to get Emma! Justin just reiterated what he told me earlier today. Found out he is a supervisor though and the manager is out of the office so I cannot confirm with him. Will try and get an update tomorrow.
