Vibration issues

Is it just me or is the vibration on the N97 seem rather weak in comparison to other phones?

I'm sure I remeber the N95 /8GB having a much stronger vibration, even my trusty Blackberry Bold has a stonger vibration than the N97.:con?

I'm with you on this one Gary, I'm having a lot of trouble noticing the vibration on my phone. I took it out of my pocket this morning to find 4 missed calls and 2 texts...

I've trawled through all of the menus and I can't find anything pertaining to Vibration control (except for turning it On or Off).

There is a setting in the Touch menu for vibrate Off, 1, 2 or 3, but this is for vibrate response to the touch screen.

It seems like the phone vibrate for received call is only one level.
