I compressed some of my favourite albums to M4A using the previous Nokia Music Transfer tool to my previous phone, the N95 8Gb. To save time and space, I moved the files to the mass memory of the N97, updated the Music Catalog and guess what.... The N97 doesn't recognise the files at all! When I go to the folder with the file explorer and select the file, the phone says that the format is not supported. Support for this format has just been removed??
