I would not worry until you are under 40MB free on C:
However...
1. make sure the camera app saves all pics and vids on MassMemory not PhoneMemory.
2. If you have Google Maps installed (especially with Satellite imagery enabled) load GMMaps and run Options->Tools->Reset Google Maps to clear the program's mapping cache.

yeah everything that is possible goes to mass memory including camera.
Its a very gradual thing over many months...
Ive got y browser but cannot find anything obvious. Dont want to go deleting things either unless I know they arnt needed.
