Double-tap in Status Area

It has been expressed before that there should be an easy home screen applet for toggling Bluetooth....well I found the feature and WOW!!

Nokia's programmers hid it in the Status area of the home screen.

When you double tap in the status arear (upper right hand corner) a window will pop up with various information.

There is the double-line graphic which if you tap on it will bring up the Connectivity where you can then tap to toggle bluetooth on or off or even connect to WiFi.

There are other statuses:

  • Time of your next alarm.
  • Found WiFi access points.
  • Unread messages.
  • Unread emails.

I wonder if this stuff is in the User's Manual? 🙄
