new communicator?

What will happen to the old ones ? How will they feel ?

How do you know that?Is it reliable info?

I think you misunderstood. I don't know what the new Communicator will be like. I just wrote some of the things I'd like to see. 😊

i think that the new commi is long overdue. maybe we are all lucky at the cebit. there are some rumours about a new commi on www.aikon.ch. they are talking about a 9250 with gprs. this news was given by someone who is working at a telephone company named o2.

on my point i don�t trust in this kind of rumour but i�m pretty sure that we will get a new commi at the cebit. i think we have to wait until next tuesday. then the nokia guys will tell us if it�s worth for us to go to the cebit

I�ve found this rumour about the 9250 on http://www.aikon.ch/cgi-bin/ib3/ikonboard.cgi?act=ST;f=3;t=196;st=0. It�s a German site.

But i still think we have to wait until next tuesday. then the nokia guys will make a press conference in hannover. you can hear it via real audio on their website. it will start it at 1400 cet (central european time). also at 1400 cet you will have access on the nokia website to all their new products. here is the nokia link for their cebit area: www.nokia.com/cebit2003. if the new commi will release it will be the last thing to force me to go the cebit 😃 .

that's why i would comment that you cannot say that it's a good investment buying such gadgets or devices as price would soon depreciate everytime there's a new model to be released in the market.

i just bought 9210i bout 2 months now

I went from a Psion5 to a HHPC to a Psion5mx to a PPC to a 9210 to a 7650 and back to my 9210.

There's something about a clamshell Symbian-esque device that just speaks of reliability, character, no-nonsense functionality, easy to use, friendly, useful, safe, clear, intuitive, satisfying, natural and just there.

I'll only upgrade to another Communicator type device, until then, I'm with my 9210 (and sometimes, my 7650).

Nokia representative at CeBIT press conference answered the following to a question about a "communicator III":

"It is in the works. There IS going to be a new communicator."

nothing more, nothing less 😉

New communicator or not!!

Whatever you guys think or not I remember how long time and qwa. of problem it takes just before the 9210 pas my older 9110 in daily use, now I have a Communicator (the9210) with Road and citymaps with GPS WORKING contacts and letter e-mail WORKING, lots of database of private interests WORKING.

It will give headace just thinking how ling time it will takes Nokia and others before new soft and hardware will be supply for a new Communicator.

No it should be MUTCH more than just a little smaller a little better for Internet, before I just start to thimk about change!!!!!

hope the new communicator has a built in revolving camera as well., it should be slimmer, lighter & hope they can fit a vibrator as well.. gprs...bluetooth.

i would love buying it at any price.

i just cant get used to the touch screen...its too slow...try typing a small letter using handwriting recognition...& try the same using a keyboard...
touch screens just dont work for me
