I have had my N97 for a week now and I have been having problems with the handset crashing when I connect the USB cable (both charger and direct to PC).
The Phone is on the Three Network and I have been unable to update the recently released firmware update.
Has anyone else had a similar problems I will be taking the handset back on Friday but I would like to see if its a comon problem or just my handset.

could be threes firmware ive had a few reboots on a uk sim free model as well and there is a bug with the usb but v11 deals with the usb problems according to the changelog i read so maybe they will be better
v11 stabalises alot mate you just have to see the list of stuff on it to see that
might be worth taking it back and waiting till networks at least update to v11 as itll be much more stable

I took my handset back and got a replacement, no problem at all they didn't evan check it. That was 3 days ago, this handset is great working so much better if that can be possilble its more responsive and more to the point it has not crashed (yet).
