Hi all, just curious to see if anyones N97 rattles when lightly shaken. I have just collected my second N97 from Nokia and this N97 does not seem to vibrate as solid as the first I had when touching the screen. Does anyone elses N97 rattle at all when lightly shaken??

Mine does very slightly, but it's the locking switch that's doing it on mine.

My screen is ever so slightly loose at the buttons end, but nothing to worry me really.
I have the same problem but its not the lock slider but the hinge mechanism when the handsets closed. If you open it up and shake it about it doesn't rattle at all.

Someone on another forum reckoned it was the ribbon cable used to attach the screen. Either way, nothing to worry about.
personally I worried about it as i didnt want a �529 device to rattle. Took me to this phone, my 5th to get one that didnt rattle AT ALL when slider open or closed. If within retail 28 day grace period I suggest getting a replacement.

I have noted a slight rattle - but it comes from the sim card cradle - its stops if you rattle device without back on holding down sim cradle - it is more evident without sim card inserted.
