Programs that DON'T work on the N97

Since we have a list of programs that are recommended, would it be advisable to have a thread about programs that we've tried but don't work?

If you do try a program, be sure to log the VERSION number (if they have one)and what DIDN'T work right.

Since I've been searching for a good eBook reader, I've started evaluating some listed on a wikipedia page for ebooks that are for Symbian:

Qreader ver. 1.6...doesn't read .prc's or navigate as promised, doesn't exit, have to kill the program through the task manager pick.

Booksinmyphone...creates a standalone Java of each book. Books load but don't navigate very well, programs terminate prematurely.

Other programs:

CellularBasic Pro 1.1 - BASIC language interpreter. Can't seem to read from mass memory, terminates prematurely. This is an open-source project through Sourceforge, so maybe an S60 5th ed. version can be generated. That would be great!

SlovoED Dictionary v3 - sort of works but the wildcard search functionality is lost. I contacted their tech support - they say they may get around to sorting this out but not to hold my breath.

/* since the recent hacking knocked the forum messages back about a day-and-a-half I am going to try and reconstruct my posts from memory */

TouchPiano - not ready for the N97, S60v3 keypad emulation takes up the screen; unable to get to play anything.

TouchGuitar - not ready for the N97, S60v3 keypad emulation takes up the screen; was able to strum a few chords and change chords though--will be a nice application when ported.

nClicker - not ready for the N97 at all. Only displays a warning message. Have to KILL task to get it to exit.

Shanghaimj.jar - a Mahjong-type game, will not run. Installed name is unprintable so will appear at end of Application Manager Installed Applications list as four quads (boxes).
