What is the first public released Software version

I got mine from a Nokia Shop last week and its Version 2.50, although I hear there is V 2.51 now but its only one day later.

I think first official release was 1.34 or some 1.3x, but ONLY in chinese for "AsiaPacific" market

first real official "rest of the world" release is 2.50

rumours around say a "2.51" is out now... well anyway before any firmware upgrade I'd wait at least for a 3.xx 8)

I got a question, can we upgrade firmwares just by ourself or do we have to bring the phone to nokia centers?

you CANNOT 😞 upgrade firmware by yourself, unless you have a VERY EXPENSIVE kit that only nokia service centres have

but usually CNSP will upgrade that for free (provided you're under warranty) and in a little amount of time 😉

I'm very SORRY for my asking...

i need to update my firmware because its in bloomin' chinese. i know i can understand but i can't read!~ i'm in auz. any help?
