Yes, The Samsung i8910 (OMNIA HD) is a S60v5 with Samsung Touch WIZ user interface on top.
Have a look for GDESK.
It's an app that can sit on top of the entire symbian OS.
It's quite a lot of effort to set up, but you could make your phone UI anything you like...
