I could be wrong about this and would willingly apologise if I am, but this looks dodgy to me.

I haven't registered at this since if the site is dodgy, the owner could say "An AAS admin has registered with my warez site". However, I don't think that Nancy Pocket Player would be given away free with the developers' blessing.

I thought that there were some restrictions on access to this forum? If that's right, how come a guest has been able to post a thread to it? Or am I out of date?

Yeah ofcourse, cause if it was removed by post, then it should be removed by PM and avatar, as he's trying to find loopholes!
