I read in The Times today about the problems with finger grease on screens being difficult to shift.
I don't have a screen protector on my phone, cos i'm dead careful - but to clean it i use a lens wipe, the ones that you use to clean spectacles (it's the damp cloth, not the soft cloth) - it's also really good to wipe the chrome over with, it comes up all sparkly and new looking
😊
I'd invest a few quid in a screen protector if I were you.

i have .... and i'm crap at fitting them :frown:
I use a wetted clean cloth with some drops of methylated spirit , and dry with a non-dusty cloth right after .
That's how I clean my glasses for decades now with brilliant results . Just copied it to my phones .

seriously I just use a bit of spit and rub it on my t-shirt, cleans it up a treat.
Not scratched a screen yet
Cool solution in the bush . After 4 weeks a new T-shirt ?
And what about your glasses ? Remember my father did !

Haven't tried it myself, but is the cloth that came with it no good for getting rid of greasy smudges?
