Maps Problem

G'day all, I have the new N97 and love it. The other day I upgraded the firmware and since then I can't use the maps. It gets to 30% and says
"Cannot open application. Install latest version from Nokia.com\maps"

So I downloaded nokia map updater and nokia map loader. I installed the new maps to one of the new drives (it gave me 2 options E/ & F/) so I started on E and loaded Asia and Australia. Restart the phone and same problem as above, get to 30% and stalls. So then I installed the Australia maps on F/. Restart the phone and the same thing happened. So I'm at a loss as to how to get the maps working again?

Anyone had this problem and resolved it?

Thanks in advance

Robski

I haven't had that problem, but someone did say if you have a problem with maps, you should;
delete the file called CITIES on your phone
Uninstall the map loader
redownload and install map loader
reinstall to your phone

Thanks Zyyb, I will give that a go.
I installed google mobile yesterday and that seems to be an excellent program, found exactly where I was in seconds.
