I have a N96 and recently went with fido and they are telling me that i can't have any data plan or web browsing since the phone didn't come from fido and is not compatible, i spoken to 2 different Cust service reps and both told me the same thing and it makes no sense to me since i had AT&T plan from the US and didn't have any problems and went to france and then india and had vodafone from both countries and the web browsing worked beautifully. Can someone explain this me :con?

Just look on fido's website and see what phones they sell, then phone them up and claim to own one of those phone models. Honesty is not always the best policy. 😎
