Hiya im new so be nice lol!!
Having recently upgraded my trusty N95 8gb to a N86 earlier today, ive managed to transfer almost everything using nokias PC Suite.
Only thing im having problems wth is my stored MMS messages...I can get them transferred, but they are losing their original time stamps and coming up with todays date?
Is this a general problem with the nokia software, or am i missing something out wen i transfer?

What about Nokia PC Suite's Content Copier- Restore program? Only backup your Nokia N95 messages and try to restore those messages to Nokia N96 ? I guess it will do you the favour... You can check if you want :tongue:
thanks for the advice, but as i mentioned i have tried this, i can sucessfully transfer all data, however its just the original dates that im losing somewhere in the transfer, my SMS messages, images etc are fine...its just the transferred MMS messages which are losing date recieved etc...
How about trying the inbuilt application called "Switch" and using bluetooth to copy them over?
I don't know if it'll maintain the dates, but it's worth a try.
