Topic for all VF N97 owners.
okay, it looks like most of people trying to change product code of their VF N97 bricked it (when updating from V10 to V11). If you did so, this topic can help : http://www.allaboutsymbian.com/forum//forum/thread/85355/
For other people, someone here said that unbranding the N97 this way won't brick you phone :
- updating to voda firm v11 using NSU.
- changing product code to euro code.
- updating to the new firm using NSU.
my product code : 0585262.
So everyone having the VF N97, please share your experience here ! I Hope we'll find the best way to change product without bricking it.
I'll update the first page everyday.
Thanks for your post - but.... why do this? What am I missing in the voda version?

Change the product code and flash the FW using JAF. This is a tried and tested method. Better than risking a brick with NSU.
