Just downloaded a bit of software to my memory card, and now the phone is kaput.
I've switched it off and when i switch it on i get flashing black and white screen.
I've taken out the memory card
How can i do a hard reset if i can't switch the phone on ?
any other suggestions
I'm quite thick, so easy language for me please 😞

totally notty, thanks for asking - i am happy with it, just as happy as i was with my n95 but i'm enjoying the bigger screen - but i think as you (or someone else in the same post) mentioned, i'm not sure it's worth the money yet, hopefully it will be sometime soon 😊
i still feel that the n95 was a nice little robust phone 🙄
