Below are some health facts for your references.

7 Don'ts After Meal

I used to think that moving about after meal will help in digesting.
But this is not true. Recently I read in a report, content was it's not wise to take a stroll after a meal. After reading I was shock, as I always thought that it help to digest the food taken.

Below are 7 DON'Ts after meal:

1. Don't smoke -
Experiment from expert prove that smoking a cigarette after
meal is comparable to smoking 10cigarette (chances of cancer higher)

2. Don't eat fruit immediately -
Immediately eat fruit after meal will cause stomach to be
bloated with air. Therefore take fruit 1-2 hr after meal or 1hr before meal.

3. Don't drink tea -
Because tea leaves contains a high content of acid. This
substance will cause the Protein content in the food we consume to be harden thus difficult to digest

4. Don't loosen your belt -
Loosen belt after meal will easily caused the intestine to be
twisted & block

5. Don't bath -
Bathing will cause the increase of blood flow to the hands,
legs & body thus the amount of blood around the stomach will therefore decrease. This will weaken the digestive system in our stomach

6. Don't walk about -
People always say that after meal walk a hundred step will live
till 99. In actual fact this is not true. Walking will cause the
digestive system unable to absorb the nutrition from the food we intake

7. Don't sleep immediately -
The food we intake were unable to digest properly. Thus will lead to gastric & infection in our intestine

that's really bad i can asure you 8) 8)

before i used to smoke 2 to 3 packs of Marlboro blueseal a day but i came to realize that this company is just killing me little by little while taking my money so i decided to quit. i stopped smoking since last 1999. but mind you, i smoked for exactly 10 years before i quit the reason why i still have traces of it.

Am I the only one herehat bench presses 100-130kgs directly after a a heavy meal.
well some stuff I do directly eating:
1-Sports
2-sex
3-bath

Still running like a supercharged 500 C.I. hemi engine with no problems.

dont just try, do your best! and you'll never regret it! it's better to live with a healthy lungs. anyway, i know you can do it man! 8)
