N97 freeware - Thanks y'all

I just noticed today that if you do a search on google uk for "n97 freeware" my site comes in 3rd! Now that is cool....

So, I'd like to say thanks to all you folks who've visited the site ( www.davecozens.com/n97 ), rated and commented on stuff, read the newsfeed and maybe even subscribed to the daily email.

If anybody comes across anything free and native (i.e. .sis, .sisx or .wgz - NOT .jar) then please let me know or add it to the site (there's a link where anyone can add stuff).

There's 66 apps on there now BTW. Thanks again...

It's a great collection Dave. In fact, I find it way more usable than the Ovi store, which I find makes no sense when I try and find new apps. I'm suspecting the developers are "re-adding" their apps periodically to make them show as new.

lol! Maybe I should write a widget for it and call it Davi Store 😉

Leaped up to 78 today, but I've not tested them all yet. They're all claiming s60 5th compatibility though...

I downloaded the musicians swiss knife, which works perfectly.

I'm a peripatetic flute teacher, so have to carry a lot of stuff around to different schools, i never forget my phone, but i do forget my metronome !!

Doesn't matter anymore tho 😉

Don't forget to rate it on the site 😉

let me know and I'll try and fix it...

www.davecozens.com works fine, but as soon as i hit the /n97 page it loads about 350k and crashes. 😞

Better install opera mini when I get home anyway tho, everyone seems to prefer it.

Up to 80 now. Just wanted to mention after reading your comments regarding "free and native apps (i.e. .sis, .sisx or .wgz - NOT .jar)" that several actually are java apps (ScratchMMS, TCalc60, Musicians SwissArmy Knife). Just about to try them. Awesome list by the way!

Yeah. I've decided to drop the .jar exclusion but only for stuff that's been properly optimised for s60 5th + touch...
