utility to clean up C:

my apologies if this has already been covered, I did some trawling, but couldn't find anything 😃

looking at Memory Monitor and how it tidies up memory, has anybody written something to "defrag" the c: drive, and/or clean up files and things left by uninstalled programs (not the clean up temp files option of efilemanager.

That is, an soft(ware) alternative to a hard reset...

What I can suggest for you to defrag your contact list phone book database is the NameSwap app. It's can clean up the db file up to 1/3 of it.

As for the whole c drive, sorry i can't help you on this.
