Hi everyone, i have some issues i hope can be adressed.
first of all, somtimes my phone randomly freezes and crashes. sometimes it not gonna crash, but a part of the screen, for example the "lock" popup is gonna stay stuck, but the phone is still partially functional, for example the on off button shotcut to change profiles would still work.
sometimes the phone will just totally restart itself on its own.
i would also like to know if the volume up volume down button on the side of the phone can be use to put the ringtone higher or lower, i cant seem to make that work.
another issue i have is when i recive text messages, the time is not in the text body, i have to go back to inbox, press options then message details to find out at what time the message was recived.

edit: forgot to mention that im currently running V31.2.007, thinking of upgrading to V31.2.008
