N86 8mp — Nokia Nseries S60 3.2 Phones (Nokia N78, N79, N85, N86 and N96)

I have recently bought a Nokia N86 8MP.
It came with firmware version 10.086.

There is now a version 11.043 available, but I cant install it on the phone.

Using the NSU it tells me a new version is available. It starts the update, but stops after 6 seconds saying it cant do it.

My phone is not locked and should not be branded.

I have tried downloading the NSS software just to se what information I could retrieve. But I gets an ERROR when reading.

Anyone with same problem or knows what I should/could do?

Well - do not know what I did, but I got the NSS to work.

It tells me, that I have

Product Code: 0580415
HW Version: 0900
Manufature Month: 48.13361
Order number:
Prod serial Number: COK091567

What should I change the product code to ?

Well....

My N86 8 MP seems to not want to update.

I can set the product code to whatever I want using NSS.
I am from Denmark, so I have tried Scandinavian, Euro1-Euro3 and some others.

They all end up with the same error.

I am really a little stock.

Could some give some idea or hint to where to go now?
