Hi.Im%20asking%20if%20i%20can%20format%20my%207650.I%20have%20lots%20of%20problems%20with%20it%2Csometimes%20%20i%20cant%20read%20messages%20or%20launc%20a%20program%2Cor%20it%20doesnt%20want%20to%20shut%20down!Can%20you%20help%20me%3F%20Sorry%20if%20my%20english%20is%20bad

There is a utility called System Tool by PsiLoc that are able to "format" your phone and return back to the instance as if you just bought it from the shop. Visit their site at www.psiloc.com

Or
backup any data with PC Suite
Connect your phone to a power supply
Type in *#7370#
Choose Yes
(at this point you may need your locking code - usually 12345)
Your phone will be completly reset
Now restore your data

If you are on Version 4.xx you are OK, if not I suggest you upgrade at a Nokia Service Centre
