Scratched Screen

My screen has already become quite scratched and I have only had the phone 1 week. I have been very carefull with it so I can't understand how this happened. I had a look at the stylus and it seems very sharp. Is this is same for everyone?

I have ordered a Brando screen protector but in the time I wait for it to be delivered my screen is getting worse and worse 😞

The stylus can be sharp.
A solution may be to use a fine nailfile.

If the pen is causing the scratchs keep it, and demand SE replace screen.

try spare sylus while you are sorting it out

DONT LOOSE DEFECTIVE PEN, KEEP IT TO SHOW SE
