N86 owners does you lens cover look the same as mine? See attached. Its yellow and has a groove in it so the cover doesn't come into contact with the central lens area. Which is unlike the pictures of the blue covers I have seen of the N97. Does yours look the same? Have Nokia changed the design to stop scratching?
I'm still not sure whether to keep using my lens cover or not, in case it scratches the lens
Yes, all of them are the same, I think the yellow part has some sort of cleaning ability, although I'm not certain.
I only know of one person so far who has experienced any scratching from the lens cover on the N86, BUT, even then it didn't affect the lens itself, it was to the side of it.

Same here, as one member said, its not edge of the lenses, not inside the lens, so i guess still i can use my phone for taking pics, its not for n86 but for n97 too, where this has been discussed more widely in all leading mobile blogs and discussion forums 😞
Come on 😞 People are spending money more than that of a laptop for their devices nowadays, so please try to fix this issue ASAP 😞
