Is it just my phone?
If I try to send or receive MMS or use any GPRS service whilst the phone is charging, it does not work??
I was playing with my settings for hours last night as I could not get GPRS working, unplugged it from the charger to go upstairs and GPRS started working, came downstairs and plugged in the charger GPRS stopped?
Bug or what?

Try charging it upstairs and see if GPRS works?
Sorry, should have said - since then I can replicate the problem by plugging and unpluging the charger, with the charger plugged in defo no GPRS, unplud it and it works, no matter what part of the house I am in

I thought you might have tried it.
I have just tried this myself, mine works fine, I get GPRS access while charging, interference from the charger could be interfering with the GPRS signal. This is not normal.
Try a different charger, different location (i.e another house - so the power supply may be rated differently).
Try your charger in another 7650 if possible.
If still no luck the NCS Nokia Service Centre could be your next stop.
