I think I've somehow managed to corrupt my speeddial settings.
I can't put ANY speeddial number into at least one (the first one, and at least one more) Empty speeddial entry. When I click on the icon, it presents the list of contacts as normal but when I select one it just pauses - then goes back to the Contacts screen, where it still says Empty.
Anyone have any ideas on how I can fix this, short of formatting the internal memory?
Is there a file I can edit via File Manager? 😞
I've just reformatted the internal disk 😞
Be warned - don't change your contacts when they're already assigned to a speeddial entry - it seems to corrupt the database.
Thats Right Durzel, I found it out the hard way, its a good thing I had a backup before editing tha number and simply restored it.
Take heed in this warning evreyone, DO NOT EDIT THE CONTACTS THAT ARE IN YOUR SPEED DIAL because it will lock up that speed dial location and not allow you to add any contact on that loaction anymore. It wil alsolock up that contact on your address book. You will not be able to edit nor delete that contact anymore.
A glitch that everyone should know!
Is it safe to remove the speedial setting then edit them then put the speedial setting back?
