Another bug??! Keyboard

Only started occuring in the last few days... the keyboard doesn't light up??!
Not all the time, just from time to time.

It's annoying because the only way to get it back on is to leave the phone to lock by itself and then open the keyboard again.

Anyone? or is it just me? For a 500 this is not on tbh...

Ok I just noticed something... are the keyboard lights sensored and automatic??

I just went into a darkened area and the lights came on perfect all the time, but when in the light again it stays off:con?

lol. Didn't have an N95 before this one then? The little sensor above the screen is a light sensor, it will only turn on the lights if it is dark enough to warrant it. Sounds a bit excessive I know but must save a hellva lot of battery. Also, the screen is dimmed in the dark so it doesn't act like a lamp in your hands!

The one that's annoying me the most at the moment is that when you connect the phone by USB and it "locks" when you disconnect from the USB half the time the unlock switch doesn't work.

Seems to be highly intermittent but the only way to unlock the phone is to remove the battery or call yourself and unlock using the "calling" unlock swipe.

Yep, had this one a few times myself.

It lights up in low light ASFAIK, if you look closely , the sensor is just under space bar. Don't know if you can get it to light up all the the time though, more of an automatic function ( I think ) .
