Best PAYG Deal for Internet?

So just got to UK, put in my Orange PAYG sim, and bought a 'bundle' from Orange. I thought I was getting unlimited INTERNET access for a week for a fiver, but what I actually get is access to Orange World for a week, not to other internet sites.

SO I asked them, what is the standard charge for bandwidth usage, and was told a whopping 8quid for 1mb. Back in Saudi, I paud around 16quid for one month unlimited interent, with 1gb bandwidth, and this was plenty enough for me, was using Joikuspot, so running the laptop off the phone's internet connection. Saudi charges are around 2riyals for 1mb - about 35p.

Question is, anyone know of a decent PAYG network provider that I can buy a bundle for , to give me unlimited internet whilst I'm back in UK for a few weeks?

Its not worth getting a monthly contract, as I'm only here a few weeks every three / four months, so paying monthly fees means I won't use my talk plan when I'm back in Saudi.

Cheers.

3 are pretty good for internet; 50p a day for internet or 5.00 for 500mb for a month. I would recommend looking into them, if you are spending about 20+ on credit each month they have some pretty good bolt-ons too that can all be managed from your phone.

I got an email a couple of days ago from Virgin where, if you top up 20/month, you can get unlimited texts and unlimited internet. Of course, it's not really unlimited, cos you're limited to 3000 texts and 1Gb of internet access, but it's jolly good!

If I wasn't getting so much from O2 right now, I'd be sorely tempted to move to Virgin.
