hi my phone nokia n97 when i use my mass memory the phone stopping untill i remove the patery i format the memory and the same proplem help me

I don't think I understand what you want to say.
Particularly i did'nt get what happens when you try to use the mass storage for doing what.
To install files?
To read/retrieve them?
To If you cant make any of the 32GB of the mass storage to respond it's nearly surely an hardware problem.
Don't you have a guarantee?

By using Mass Memory, I presume that you plugged into your desktop PC to access the 32GB memory in Mass Memory Mode.

When you do this, it is JUST LIKE A MEMORY STICK/THUMB DRIVE.

You have to REMEMBER TO STOP the Drive to make it save to unplug it from your computer or you may experience data corruption.

If this isn't your problem, please restate and give more details.
