When i click on the my p800 link it just has this not icon with a qiestion mark with not connected on it. But the phone is connected, I can even syncronize it with outlook 😞

Have you tried turning the phone off then on while in the docking unit?
What I did was reinstall everything and now its fine already. Here's something wierd though. I have three USB ports on my laptop. On the first one it doesnt work, instead of hearing that usual note(connected tune) I hear a wierd redundant tune. On the rest of the ports everything is now ok. Ive now transferemp3s succesfully. Next experiment is the videos. Thanks for your advice.
