Hi everyone, I am located in South Africa and have a VODACOM N97 having a product code 0585732.
The old version 10 is horrible beyond belief. 😡
When I type in update for 0585732 code, the feedback is that version 10 is the latest.
What can I do to get version 11 ? :con?

I hope by now that you have debranded your phone (and not thrown it away!). I have succesfully debranded my N97 and eagerly awaiting the substantial v20.x.x firmware update. Just be sure to know how to "hard reset" your phone before you change the product code...mine was bricked for 5 minutes...long minutes 😊
As a fellow South African I can assure you that you will suffer no ill effects by debranding - I did it with my N95 as well and its still working 3 years later. So far 2 months with the N97 and thankfully no Vodacom ads and junk on my phone!
