permanently delete data

hi, is there a way to permanently delete recovered data?what i mean is to delete the recovered files/deleted files on the phone memory permanently hence, it cant be retrieved or recovered again on the future. Is there a way?

If you have not taken any backup 😞 :con? of your phone and if you do Restore factory settings all your valuable data will be lost and you can't get those file again 😞

dont want sum1 havin my personal info

bank cards passwords etc..
