For nearly a week, maybe more, I have been unable to sign into the OVI store.
When signing in from my PC I receive,
"We're sorry.
The Nokia Account authentication system is currently down. Please try again later. We apologize for the inconvenience."
and when trying to download stuff from my phone it asks me to sign in and when I try to I get,
"The operation could not be completed due to an error"
Is anybody else getting this? 😡
yes I get exactly the same message when I try to log in from my PC , but I manage to download anything I wished anyway by using the "Download" icon in the apps and then choosing the OVI store.
I guess that's because I signed in from there about 2 weeks ago and then I marked the square saying to remember my log in data.
Try to do the same , I'm quite curious myself to know why I can download apps from OVI directly to my phone but not via the PC.
i've never managed to download via the pc - even though my log in has been successful.
I have managed to download via my phone though
I've just tried the PC store and it's worked fine, no problems.
You're not using Microshaft Internet Explurger, are you? 😃
