P800 PROBLEM!!! PLEASE HELP

I have never heard the P800 hanging up this often. This is strange news indeed. I suggest that when that happens, try pressing the power switch for ten seconds. Then turn it on again and observe its performance. If it happens again often, i would suggest bringing your fone to SE Center and have them check it. You can even try asking for a replacement or refund

First off backup your phone, after you've done a full backup of the phone and memory stick you should reset the phone according to below and after that reboot it. If that should not help, take the phone to your nearest SE service center and have it replaced/repaired.

From the main menu do the following:
tap Control Panel
tap Master Reset
make sure "Delete user applications" is ticked
tap Continue

This is not a crash, simply an indication that encryption is not available during this call.

Thanks for the quick input guys! I tried the master reset, it didn't work. Somehow this only happens ten seconds into a phone call. The phone does not jam just a loud sound and a small error icon(YELLOW TRIANGLE).
