Having problems with the SMS message son my 9210i, everytime i get a message it does not play the Nokia message tone or any other, and if i'm using the 9210i and receive a message it does not show up on the screen, 😞 😞 has anyone else experienced this problem? :roll:
Any possible solutions, as its very annoying not knowing when you've received a SMS. 😞 😞

Try a re-boot
yeah a re-boot might help and if it dosent check
extras--> profile ---> Edit----> alerts tab and then check the volume of recieved sms tone volume 😊

thanks for the advice but this does not work and the volume for messages in all profiles is set to max 😞
Are you sure you are not running Switcher and terminated the 'you have' option. This is what i did and my SMS tone went as did the 'message received' sign no the front screen.
This could also happen if your MMC card pops out. (This depends on whether you store your SMS's on the MMC)
Re-boot: take the battery out of your 9210i for 1 minute and put it back in. This will re-start your 9210i with it's normal functions. It won't absolutly delete anything! 😉
It works perrfect now 😃 , as the CULPRIT application was :evil: Active Mail :evil: which has now been removed! 😃 😉
